The deposit window closes on Nov 8 at 23:59 PST. The final payment window opens on Nov 9 at 00:00 PST and runs through Nov 15 at 23:59 PST (7 days only). You will receive an email with an exclusive checkout link to select your preferred bundle (Essential, Rotary, or Super Pack) and complete your order. Your $50 deposit will be automatically applied at checkout, and you can pay the remaining balance using any of our accepted payment methods.

Your reserved benefits expire automatically, and your $50 deposit is refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days — no action needed on your side.

The first 100 Early Bird orders receive a free magnetic protective cone. With it, Lumos 50W works in both desktop and handheld mode — one machine, two ways to work. Gift allocation is based on order time, first come, first served.

Yes. Deposit holders are allocated to the first production batch and ship ahead of orders placed during the public launch.

Complete your order by Nov 15, and we'll do our best to deliver before Black Friday / the holiday season. If your delivery is delayed beyond our promised window, you'll be notified and may choose to wait or cancel for a full refund of everything you paid, including your deposit.
