1. I paid the deposit. How do I get the Early Bird price? Why is the price higher now?
The product page shows the regular price. To get your Early Bird deal, add the item to your cart and go to checkout. Enter the same email used for your deposit — the Early Bird price will apply automatically.
2.How do I know if I'm one of the first 500 to get a free Protective Cone?
If you qualify, the free Protective Cone will automatically appear in your order summary during final payment checkout—after you enter your shipping information.
3. How do I get the 1-year membership as a deposit payer?
After you receive your product, download our software, log in, and complete the activation process using your order number — this gives you 6 months of free membership. We'll send you a separate email to add another 6 months, please make sure to check your inbox.
4. Why didn't I receive the final payment notification email?
Please make sure you're checking the inbox of the same email used for your deposit. Most customers have received the notification, but some emails may be lost due to server or network issues.
You can go ahead and place your order directly. If the Early Bird discount doesn't apply at checkout, please contact support@wecreat.com with your deposit order number and email — our team will verify and refund the price difference if applicable.

Lumos can cut: Wood, leather, some dark opaque acrylic, MDF, felt, paper, cardstock, and foam.
Lumos can engrave: A wide range of thin materials — including metal like stainless steel, aluminum, and plated metal — as well as wood, leather, acrylic, MDF, paper, cardboard, felt, fabric, rubber, glass, ceramic, bamboo, cork, jade, marble, shale, cement, and brick.
9. How do I select between the lasers in Lumos's dual-laser system?
You can choose between the diode laser and the infrared laser directly in the WeCreat MakeIt software. Or simply search for your material in the built-in library — we’ll recommend the most suitable parameters for you.
10.It is easy for new comers with no prior laser engraving experience to use Lumos?
Yes, Lumos is suitable for users with no prior experience in laser engraving. No assembly is required after unboxing. In the fastest case, you can go from unboxing to completing your first engraving in just 15 minutes. Anyone can easily get started and quickly learn how to use it.
11.Is the Affirm installment payment option available in Canada?
The Affirm installment payment option is available in the U.S. and offers up to 12 interest-free payments. It is currently not available in Canada.
