How to Redeem Your Prize:

Free Vinyl and Acrylic Material Codes:
If you win a Free Vinyl Pack or Free Acrylic Pack, select from the available in-stock Vinyl or Acrylic Material Packs on wecreat.com. Add one pack to your cart, but you must also purchase at least one laser machine (regardless of the model or price). Apply the free material code at checkout, and the price of the vinyl or acrylic pack will be deducted from your order total. Limited to one pack of Vinyl or Acrylic only.

Material or Accessories Coupons:
If you win a Material or Accessories Coupon, select any in-stock material or accessory on wecreat.com. Add it to your cart and apply the discount code at checkout to redeem your prize.

100% Off Your Order:
If you win the 100% Off prize, you must complete your purchase on wecreat.com first. You can buy any products on the website. The winner of the 100% off prize each week will be announced and notified by email at the end of the week. All refunds will be processed on December 3rd, and you will receive an email once your refund is complete.

Important: The 100% off prize covers up to $3,500 of your total order amount. If your order exceeds $3,500, the discount will be applied only up to that amount, and any remaining balance will not be covered.

Additional Terms:

• One Entry per User: Each customer is limited to one entry in the Subscription Spin Wheel during the BFCM event (November 3 – November 28). If duplicate entries are detected using the same email address, device, or shipping address, all duplicates will be disqualified.
• Discount codes of materials or accessories must be applied at checkout to redeem your prize.
• All prizes and discount codes are valid only during the BFCM sale period.
• Anti-Cheating System: WeCreat’s detection system monitors for suspicious behavior, including duplicate emails, IP addresses, orders, or payment information. If fraudulent activity—such as multiple spins, fake accounts, or proxy networks—is detected, the associated prizes or discounts will be revoked.
• Non-Transferable Prizes: All Spin & Win rewards (discount codes, free gifts, cashback, etc.) are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Prizes are valid only for the winning account and related order. Cashback applies only to the current order and will be processed after the return/exchange period ends.
• Final Decision Rights: WeCreat reserves the right to make final decisions regarding the event, including adjustments or cancellations in cases of abuse or special circumstances.

4. Gift Offers

During the BFCM event, we are offering special gift offers based on your purchase amount. The following gifts will be automatically added to your order based on the total value of your purchase:

How It Works:

• The Material Pack will automatically be added to your cart when your order meets the required threshold. It will be shipped free of charge with your order.
• The Accessory Coupon will be sent to your email after completing your purchase.

Important Notes:

5. 12-Month Warranty

All laser machines include a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the date of purchase.

6. 60-Day Price Guarantee

If the price of your purchased laser machine drops within 60 days of your order date, WeCreat will refund the difference. For more information, please visit wecreat.com/pages/price-guarantee.

7. Eligibility for Discounts and Offers

All offers are valid only during the BFCM sale period.

Spin Wheel prizes and other discount codes must be applied at checkout.

If you have additional codes, such as those from KOLs, they can be combined with spin wheel codes and gift offers, as long as they are valid.

8. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Undamaged products can be returned for a refund within 30 days of receipt, for any reason. Once the returned item arrives at WeCreat’s warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin (typically within 1–5 business days, depending on platform and bank).

WeCreat is not responsible for any damage or loss during return shipping. Please ensure all items are properly packed with original protective materials.

The 30-day money-back guarantee and warranty apply only to orders from regions listed on our Shipping Policy page. For products shipped outside these regions, the buyer is responsible for all return or exchange shipping costs.
If your order includes free gifts, they must also be returned. Failure to do so will result in a deduction of the gift’s value from your refund.
Opened consumable gifts are not eligible for return. Prices may be deducted from your total order amount.
Returns may be rejected if the items do not meet the above requirements.

9. Right to Modify or Cancel

WeCreat reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time, as permitted by applicable law.
