Who can I refer?
You can refer friends who are new to WeCreat and have never placed an order with us. Self-referrals are not eligible.
How does my friend claim their 5% off?
Your friend must open your unique referral link and enter their email address. They’ll then receive a unique discount code to use on their first eligible order.
When will I receive my referral reward?
Your reward will be sent after your friend’s qualifying order has been placed and fulfilled. You’ll receive an email with instructions on how to claim it.
What counts as a qualifying order?
A qualifying order must be your friend’s first WeCreat purchase, use the referral discount, and meet any applicable product or minimum-purchase requirements. Canceled, refunded, or returned orders do not qualify.
Can the referral discount be combined with other offers?
The referral discount cannot be combined with other discount codes unless otherwise stated. If another promotion is already applied at checkout, your friend may need to choose the offer that provides the better value.
Can I refer more than one friend?
Yes. You can share your unique referral link with multiple friends and earn a reward for each qualifying referral.
Does the referral reward expire?
Yes. Referral discount codes are valid for three months from the date they are issued.
How can I check the status of my referrals?
Return to our Refer a Friend page and use the same email address you used to join the program. From your referral dashboard, you can track your referral activity and request a summary of your referral stats by email. We’ll also email you when a referral is completed and your reward is ready.
What happens if the friend I referred refers someone else?
Rewards apply only to direct referrals. You’ll earn a reward only when the friend who received your unique referral link completes their own qualifying first purchase.
If your friend shares their own referral link and another customer makes a purchase, that will be treated as a separate referral credited to your friend. It will not complete your original referral or qualify you for a reward.
