Our Black Friday Price Guarantee applies exclusively to laser engraver machines purchased on WeCreat.com from Oct 28th through the entire Black Friday campaign. Accessories and materials are excluded.
If the same machine is offered at a lower price during this period, you’ll automatically qualify to receive the price difference — quickly and easily.

How Does It Work?

Eligibility

  • Applies to purchases made directly on WeCreat.com.
  • Valid for the same product (identical model, configuration, and condition).
  • The price change must occur within the official Black Friday promotion period (
    Nov 3rd - Dec 2nd)

Guarantee Period
You’re covered from the date of purchase until the end of the Black Friday sale.

One Order, One Claim
Each order is eligible for one price-match claim. Combined or multiple-order comparisons are not supported.

How to Claim Your Refund

If you notice a price drop during the Black Friday promotion, you can request a refund in two convenient ways:

1. Gift Card Option

  • Your request will be processed within 1–2 business days.
  • You’ll receive a WeCreat Gift Card equal to the price difference between your purchase price and the new sale price.

2. Direct Refund Option

  • Refunds are issued directly to your original payment method.
  • Processed within 3–5 business days after verification.
