What Are WeCreat Refurbished Products?
WeCreat Refurbished Products are pre-owned machines that have been professionally inspected, tested, and restored to full working condition by the WeCreat technical team.
While they may show minor cosmetic imperfections, they are fully functional and meet WeCreat’s performance standards.
With refurbished products, you can:

Refurbishment Process
Each WeCreat Refurbished Product:
- Undergoes full functional testing
- Has any defective components repaired or replaced
- Passes a comprehensive quality inspection
- Is cleaned and repackaged with necessary accessories and manuals
- Meets the same core technical performance standards as new machines
Note: Refurbished units may have minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect performance and are not considered defects; returns will not be accepted for cosmetic reasons that do not impact functionality.
Warranty Policy
90-Day Limited Warranty
- Covers manufacturing defects and functional issues
- Warranty period starts from the date of delivery
- Warranty service may include repair or replacement with another refurbished unit
Note: Refurbished products may only be replaced with refurbished units, and exchange for a brand-new product is not available.
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
- The return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
- The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging
- All accessories must be included
Order Cancellation & Return Terms
Before Shipment
If your order has not yet been shipped, you may request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing the order by contacting our customer support team at support@wecreat.com. Once the cancellation is confirmed, a full refund will be processed accordingly. Please avoid initiating a chargeback with your payment provider, as doing so may delay the refund process and may result in additional banking or handling fees.
In Transit
If your order has already been shipped but has not yet been delivered, you may contact us as soon as possible at support@wecreat.com to request shipment interception. Upon successful interception, the product price will be refunded; however, any interception fees, additional duties, or related logistics charges incurred will be deducted from the refund. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for any costs arising from shipment interception.
After Delivery
Once the package has been delivered and signed for, any return or replacement request will be handled in accordance with the WeCreat Refurbished Products Policy. Refurbished products are eligible for return within the applicable return period and for replacement within the warranty period, and any approved replacement will be fulfilled with a refurbished unit only; exchange for a brand-new product is not available.
