I am a complete newbie to the laser cutting world but I do feel like my experience with Cricut and Silhouette software did help me with understanding the Wecreat software. So far I am loving this machine outside of a couple of small glitches which I am hoping will be fixed with future software updates. Those being that the laser doesn't go back to the home location after you frame your design and then hitting cancel instead of send because it's not quite lined up correctly. I have also had to turn the machine off and back on a couple of different times due to it freezing the program. Because this is a brand new release those types of glitches are to be expected. I look forward to creating many more great projects though!

The machine far exceeded my expectations on speed, cut quality and just having the camera makes a world difference when setting up. The image etching has been a hassle to set up and actually etch the way I want it to. I've tried a few different ways but still haven't gotten it right. The buil in fan and the air assist are great but the venting doesn't eliminate the smell. Anything I've worked on to this point takes some time to air out leaves a bad smell after all cuts and while it's doing it's thing.
Other than just two things everything else is amazing. It a great investment and and awesome tool to add to my arsenal.

The we create Vision Pro is a beautiful and accurate machine to. It’s easy to learn. This is my third machine that I’ve owned and I have nothing but good words to say about this machine.

Laser worked as advertised right out of the box…it does take some practice to figure out the software, but is fairly simple once you got a grip on it!

Love the laser but not the software. I can see where the software is good if you are a beginner and if you do craft shows with basic design stuff, but when you use a design already made and it uses multiple sheets it would be handy if you could put in the size of the plywood instead of resizing the file, after doing this within the program none of the pieces fit together, even though I used the same parameters. It could be user error but this doesn’t happen when I use my 3D printer. I intend to use this for my business, so I will be using my own designs (not a craft show business) so the laser will do the things I need it to without having to use a large CNC machine.
